3. What’s the best thing about coming to work every day? Having a sense of duty, a place to go, things to accomplish and achieve is a great motivation. Having a sense of duty is necessary for the development of a strong identity. Having a career provides us an important role to fulfill that is backed by strong values. When we live our lives motivated by strong values, we are given the opportunity to build and define our character. Having a sense of duty is what motivates us to be good to ourselves, honest in our approach to relationships and to develop a positive reputation. There is nothing that will speak more highly of us than our character and what we stand for.

4. If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why? Sun Tzu. With many impact points that can resonate in many aspects of life, he would definitely be my pick.

9. What is the best piece of professional advice you've ever received? “Achievers have an enabling attitude, realism, and a conviction that they themselves were the laboratory of innovation. Their ability to change themselves is central to their success. They have learned to conserve their energy by minimizing the time spent in regret or complaint. Every event is a lesson to them, every person a teacher.”

10. What advice would you give your younger self? "Life is a journey, not a destination.”

11. Where is your favourite place in the world? "I'm a family man - my favourite place in the world is being next to my wife."

12. What is the best concert you've ever attended? Lasso Montreal - What can I say? I'm a country boy at heart.

13. What must you do during the day to feel accomplished when the day ends? Focus on your mission and values and develop a strategy that is consistent with that. Foster a culture that employees, clients and vendors want to be a part of. Execute on your planning and keep on fine tuning. Understand change and work to adapt. Embrace innovation and continue learning each and every day. My feeling of accomplishments are not a set timed target to complete but in parallel of the growth trend of these points I can implement on myself as well as to others – daily.
